How to Return a Product

Package the Item: Remove any water inside the watertank and drain the device. Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Ship the Item: Use the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you, provided the issue is reported promptly.
